Passionfruit Sorbet
Light, tangy, and packed with antioxidants and enzymes—my go-to cool down that still supports gut health.
Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh passionfruit pulp (with seeds)
- 1/3 cup honey or sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1 tsp lime juice, pinch of salt
Steps
- Blend pulp, sweetener, water, lime, and salt.
- Churn in an ice-cream maker or freeze, stirring every 30–45 min until slushy.
- Freeze solid; scoop and serve with mint.
